We want you and your pup to love your Waggies gear. If you’re not completely satisfied, you can return unused items within 30 days of delivery. Just make sure they’re in original condition and packaging.
When will I get my order?

Orders are typically dispatched within 1–2 business days. Delivery times depend on your location, but most Australian orders arrive within 2–6 business days. You’ll receive a tracking number once it’s on the way!
Do you offer free shipping?

Yes! Shipping is free on all Australian orders over $75. For orders under that amount, a flat rate of $10.00 applies.

Absolutely. Our Waggies Originals are heavy-duty, wide-fit, and reinforced for extra strength — ideal for strong or large breeds.
Can I exchange an item for a different size?
